Lets get this show on the road.

Seems like some of our word of mouth is working. Ive counted around 3 folks that have signed up from other forums to make 11 total, and we've still got another 1.5 months left.

good progress.

Now, we still need an event chair. I would offer, but i had prior plans that saturday so i will not be able to be there to help setup.

If I can find a car to drive I will offer to chair the event. I haven't been to a rallycross in over a year but I wouldn't mind coming out.

Now your experiencing why there is low turn out to the rally cross events!! Things come up for everyone

I totally understand that. I missed the October race last year for the same reason I'm missing this one, and will miss the October race next year if it's again scheduled the same weekend as the demo derby at the State Fair, which I have a commitment to attend.

The discussion in the other thread was not that every person who races should be able to make every event. It's that we need enough people that at least 25 show up each month, not necessarily the same 25, just some 25.

To insure 25 attendee's I would guess that a core of about 30 to 35 regulars are needed. Holidays and special events always takes a large toll on attendance.

ok i ahve posted on the subaru forums, does anyone get on the nissan forums that would post this to see if we can spark some more interest.

I know we have one more in my father in law( poor obs getting a work out its first event) and I see pete guthrie signed up but not charlie????

what about the reminder email???? since it is jsut a little over a month!

Do we have a chair for this event yet? This huge wait between events is killing me. Too bad there isn't another club in NC that does RallyX.

we need 5 more people. 5 more people then we can call it a rallycross.
what is teh status right now. we have 20 right now.there is a lemons race in tx going on. on the 25th so that may be why.. now tx is a long way from here. lemons race south..
