The VP's and Event Chairs have decided to cancel the event. I'm sure some of you are as disappointed as we are and some are relieved that they don't have to stand out in the cold rain.

The fact is the site has already had more rain than last year's event weekend and that was a slop fest. So we decided to cancel.

If you PayPal'ed we can apply that to the next event or refund your money. Please let me know if you want the refund.

now that i have your attention.. this is the BABE rally. Big Apple-Big Easy rally.essentially a american version of a "banger rally" an idea that came from europe, long endurance road rally in a 500 dollar car or less. the adventure is not in victory.. the adventure is in getting there. if you can get out of the parking lot even better, because you only have 5 days to do the 1500 mile trip. any takers for this, i know the lemons race is popular.
how about 1500 miles in a car that you dont know if it even runs or not?
