14's right here...

Rob Bergstrom uses these - 2nd overall by about 12 seconds at the NE regional SCCA rallyx championship last year. Surface similar to OCS.

Our sites can be very dusty. You will regret removing the windows.

We removed the trunk lid on the General and quickly reinstalled it.

Windows will really help when conditions are dusty. I made the mistake of leaving the window down once last year. Couldn't see or breathe after the first major turn.

Rallycross tech is similar to autocross tech but there are very few rules limiting modification. Having a safe car is the most important thing. I don't think the door handles are an issue as long as the door can be opened. It is more important that the door stays closed when driving.

Too late for the windows. Trunklid still in place.

i would reccomend a full face helmet then. i have had things fly in the open window at OCS. mostly grass and dirt but still.

Agreed. on those super hot and dry summer events we had to decide between having the windows down, having oxygen, but getting covered in dirt or leaving them up, suffocate for 40 seconds, and be clean. we often chose the latter.

I sometimes run the A/C when it's really hot. The Subaru climate control doesn't let much dust in if it's on recirculate, but it's even better with the optional filter installed.

Just a thought.

See, not so bad. Will these pass?

So are you not required to run with the windows down like in autocross? I do have a full-face with visor, fortunately.

i think you will find the "anality factor" is quite less evident at a rallyX. sometimes non-existent altogether. 8)

Well, if that's the truth, I should go ahead a tease you guys with a pic of the "Minus One," an 88 Corolla SR5.

I need to update my entry to reflect the number...

You're not going to run black tires are you? That's so boring.

I would cover your filler door with masking tape for the event though. You know, for areodynamics.

Oh, and naming your car "minus one" is awesome! I can't wait to hear the cone calls on that car! "Um yeah, plus one on minus one" True genius!

Yeah I'm hoping maybe someone will get confused and un-do the cone call.

I think a lot of holes are gonna be covered in masking tape.

You want me to spray paint the TIRES?

We're on a budget, here. Nearly broke the bank just squirting them off with water.
