I made some assumptions about what kind of information might be in the instructions based on our last one - such as secondary road numbers. I found county maps and printed them off for the three conties we were likely to traverse, and that was really kick ass, but then we missed some sign and things went downhill.

There was not a single reference to a secondary road number in the whole thing!
I had thought that we would get the same kind of checkpoint information - such as leg length and time, like our first TSD - and so I had brought my stopwatch so we could tell if we were way off on a section, but no. No info at the checkpoints other than departure time and new avg. speed.
We still had a great time, and we weren't DFL, but we had not realized how much Bowie and Lance had spoiled us on our first foray into TSD.
