Ash and I are planning to get more SU2 for next time. She is only going to do one in car run, then shoot the rest of the SU2 run, and we are going to make a camera mount so the footage will not be so jumpy. If Craigslist treats us right, we might even have a fixed camera or two. :)

Nice Chuck- thanks! I've got almost an hour of video (all external shots) on my camera that I haven't even looked at yet, but hopefully I'll be able to get started on that this weekend...

I'm going to have at least one additional video camera at the next event. I will probably set it up as a fixed unmanned camera at some cool spot on the course, unless someone volunteers to operate it to help me get more footage. :D Hopefully the next video will have more footage of everybody's runs.

Here's one thing I am considering... More footage means the video will exceed 10:00 minutes, which I think is the current limit on what we can post on youtube. Plus, the picture quality on youtube is sometimes painful to watch. So, I am considering putting together a nice video with as much footage as I can of everybodys laps, and burning it to cds. I would be willing to donate these video cds to the club to sell for a few bucks to raise some cash. You know, a couple bucks each and you get as much action as I can shoot and help the club too. I am also interested if anyone has video they want to contribute, I will be happy to compile it and will surely give credit for contributions to the content of the video.

So, here's my question...would anyone even be interested in buying a video of the events? And, would there be any conflict with me producing these videos for the club to sell? I am not looking to make any money off this, I just thought this might be something I can offer the club.

Thanks for your imput!
~ Ash

Just FYI, but Google video doesn't have any size or length limits on its videos, the viewer screen is a lot bigger than YouTube's, and the quality's a lot better too.

I mean, there is a difference, at least for now.

elm city has no deer in the day or night.. they get hunted.. its rare to hit a deere there, even though its out in the woods. now getting rabbits or dirt or cotton or mud is common though.
