Grrrr. No download for me then. =( Oh well, still very nice that Carl was able to shoot the clips, race the Neon, and put it all together in an almost seemless transition around the course (very cool by the way  )

Thanks all!

It looks like Google Video is just as easy to use as YouTube- I can throw the vid up to Google tonight.

One thing I see now is that YT converts the vids to Flash, so everyone can see them (but not download). If I put it up to Google, it should just be a WMV, then maybe Apple folks can't see it. Of course, if anyone knows an affordable MPEG-4 plugin for Adobe Premiere, that might be the best of both worlds.

I think Google is doing some behind the scenes work. I've never had an issue with a video on Google on any of my Macs.

But occasionally standalone WMV grenade even though I have Media Player 11!1X.98932.232 installed.

I'm not sure what I'm driving.
Maybe an ITR in DS.
Or half-assed STX prepped 330.

OK that took a lot longer than I thought. So now the "highlight reel" is up on Google in 2 different resolutions:

A 12MB low-resolution verson at:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 4589&hl=en

A 51MB high-resolution one at:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 0868&hl=en

In addition, I've pulled out the video clips we got of each driver and made short videos of each of them. Some are shorter than others, and for some folks we didn't get video at all- sorry. At this moment, some are still "processing", but hopefully they'll all be online shortly. Easiest way to find this stuff would be to go to http://video.google.com and search for "THSCC rallycross". Add your class and car number as Class-Number (for example, "THSCC rallycross SO2-3") to find your own video, if it exists. Let me know what you think of these individidual clips, as they were more of a pain to make than I expected.

Feel free to pass this info on to anyone you know who was at the event but didn't preregister- I sent emails to addresses from the prereg, but we get a lot of walk-ups.

Thanks, and enjoy!
Carl

Photos the latest event are now posted on the site. You can find them from the results page here (look for link named "Photos"), or at the Rallycross Photos page here.

A link to the highlights video is also now on the results page, to make it easier to find.
