when ice racing, if someone were to go off, is the ice around the area if someone spun out, able to suuport the car? it sounds like fun raicng on the ice. but i owuld be worried about falling through? or is the ice thick enough that it is not a problem?

being in an area that only sees ice and snow really rarely. i would'nt know.... :)-

Yeah, when lakes freeze, they usually freeze the same all the way across, so the ice is the same thickness everywhere. If there are springs, or other streams that empty into the lake, the ice will be thinner or non-existant there, but they always set up race courses far away from known areas of thin ice.
