 Post subject: is a 3 driver car ok?

howyd,

is it ok to have a 3 driver car for the rallycross event july 9th? we all want to drive and well, we only have the one car.

yes it is fine.. afaik the general lei has had 5 or 6 drivers at a couple events.. just follow the general lei (cant miss the "rising sun" flag painted on top) or the dustmaster 600000000's lead in pulling back up near the front of the run line so that you get all 3 drivers runs in evenly in the group.. the single driver cars pretty much all know to let the multi driver cars in ahead of them at a reasonable interval..

Multidriver cars have to remove the exhaust from the cat back though so that people can hear you coming so they will let you break in line.....

Mostly that's just because they can't hear themselves think so they hope to push them along. :lol:

dan, the corolla has often two or more drivers, as does the general, it seems to be a trend, so i dont think it will be a problem

Just a heads up: unless y'all have done an engine swap, you're in the wrong class. The only motors the Acclaim ever came with are the 2.5 (turbo and NA) and the 3.0, so you'd be SO2.

I've got three of them in my driveway. :shock:
