Most of the roads still had ruts from last year's rally, according to Nicky or that chick announcer (can't remember which one said it).
I don't enjoy watching the cars break, but events like this do reinforce the fact that Loeb ownz all the other drivers, and Citroen ownz all the other manufacturers. I'd prefer to watch Petter, Sebastien and Marcus take the lead from one another & fight to the finish (with Petter winning, of course), but it's also interesting to see the world champion just kick everybody's hineys like that.
I liked that they played the explanation by David Lapworth of why Petter and Sebastien were faster than everybody else, even though they weren't abusing the cars. Some helpful advice for some of the local rallycrossers in there...

I hate to see Marcus get screwed due to the car breaking CONSTANTLY, but it is entertaining to see his reaction to it. "beeeeeep-beep-beep-beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep-beep"
