I'm wondering if we need a weekend between the Sandblast Rally (Jan 22) & the first rallyx. If we move it to Feb. 5th (my birthday), Jim & Phillip could give me a nice gift. :D

And which Four Oaks site is this going to be?

Note- We've confirmed the May 8th date for Rockingham. That's a Sunday.

First event moved back 1 week to Feb 5th to give folks a week off after Sandblast. And to give Kevin a chance to celebrate his birthday in style!

We're pleased to announce that our March 12th event will be at a new site, "BMW Farm", a few miles closer to Raleigh than the Four Oaks site. Registration is open, no passcode. The event info page and directions should be available sometime this week.

If you know Bret and Kelly Luter, this is their farm, and they are enthusiastic about having us come play there! So if you happen to see them, give them a big thanks for supporting rallycross and our club! :cheer: :woo:

I think that was due to the fact that there are so many other events vying for those precious weekend days during the late spring and summer, both inside our club and out.

If you're really hard up, you can always run some of the DC region rallyX events...

Let me know which ones you plan to go to after April. I wouldn't mind driving up for a day and playing around up north.

I'll be instructing at the school on the 27th and competing in the rallycross the next sunday. Beyond that, all I know is "as many as possible." Rob's coming down & taking our wood, so we need to go up there & take some of theirs. 8)

When the dates are coming up, I'll definitely post in the forum to let everybody know if I'm going & see who else wants to go.

Updated schedule to include July 9th event (I think I forgot an event chair). Also added date change for August event.

Didn't know I was chairing July? I vaguely recall mentioning it, but thought that you were doing July's. I guess this is mostly because Keith may not make it back in time for the July event? I'm fine with it, just surprised. :D

Bring on the wide open field with 2 cones!!!!
