triangle.forsale yesterday:

"I have a 1991 Ford Probe For Sale.

I will try and get some photos of the probe this weekend. A couple things about this car. It is a car. It is Red (ish). It was/is owned by a 25yr old that has used this car. I am asking $650 or best offer for it.

I don't want to say that this car is a mechanics dream but it is going to make their mouths water. When looking this car up on Kelly's Blue Book I put it in the FAIR condition. It does need some work.

If you would like more info on this car please email me @ bcottle AT nc DOT rr DOT com. NW Raleigh Location"

also from triangle.forsale, last weekend. Might be gone:

"See photos at http://routbort.dyndns.org/albums/civic

The good:

Runs well, engine and transmission with no problems
Has a pretty decent aftermarket stereo with separate amp

The bad:

No a/c
Muffler has a dent (bit noisy)
Seatbelt warning lights/beeps occasionally (loose wire somewhere,
could just disconnect).

Motivated to sell - we're moving next week!

I'm sure my Civic will be seeing some rallycross action, now that the Protege has taken daily driver duty. - AB

Not my ad, I have no idea. I just found it online.

From what I understand, though, while all newer Subies are AWD, not all older ones are.

Is anyone interested in turning my old Cavalier into a rallycrosser. It's bashed in on the rear, but I plan on pulling it out and getting the trunk to shut again. Good torque and tons of suspension travel, I bet it'd be a good car.

Well I was thinking more of donating it to get another group of people out to the events kinda like the Toyota has done. My problem is when it's stripped out and repaired best I can, I don't have anywhere to store it or way to transport it.

People with tow rigs and trailers who also want to rallycross are becoming a hot commodity :)
