So, its been a few years since I have attended one but am thinking of coming out to wilson this sunday.

What is the normal pattern of things? Is it still work and run in the morning, short lunch, work and run in the afternoon?

Debating on if I need to pack a small lunch or will have time somewhere to run out and grab food.
