Rally Cross Novice School and Points Event Feb 28- Mar 1

Our first annual rally cross novice school and the first of 8 points events for the 2015 season will be held at the Wilson, North Carolina fairgrounds on February 28 and March 1. Novices can experience rally cross under the guidance of an experienced instructor and are welcome to compete in Sunday’s points event. Experienced drivers are also welcome on Saturday to get additional track time. We need people to sign up for this event as novices, instructors, and competitors. We also need someone to drive the bus and teach me how to setup and work the timer system.

Registration is now fully functional. There were a few hours that it went down due to organizer error :lol:

Feel free to register and spread the word; we are really hoping to attract some new blood to the program.

I may bring a novice (family member) to the school to learn on the VW Bug. I assume that I just register the novice for the school on Motorsports Reg. Do I register as an instructor (I doubt anyone else has much experience rally crossing an air-cooled rear engine car)?

I've driven a friend's VW Bug in the snow multiple times, but that was 25 years ago, and I've not set foot in once since that one rusted to nothing.

Great deal. Just register the person on Motorsports Reg as novice for the novice school and/or the school and event.... Right now we're almost all instructors so it will be nice to have another novice to teach. Go ahead an register as an instructor.
