"What do you mean, my near-bald Yokohama AVS Intermediates are not a good rallycross tire???"

*grin*

I suppose I should mount up something else.... but then then I wouldn't get the "Oooo, icecross" feeling I do now. It's so much fun with these tires!

Excuses, excuses...

Hey, the offer to put my tires on your car is still open. :D (I've driven the monster, and now I want more!)

I actually could dismount some of my rally tires and put some on 15" winter tires that I have. That would be better.

But more honestly, I'm sure that my performance is due to my lack of autocrossing skills. And that's not really a surprise.

Way to go Jim F! I guess the car doesn't suck that bad afterall. Now what excuse can I use for my miserable showing in it when I took it out? Regardless, its cool to see a 12 year old DSM beating all those Subaru's. :P

Don't get too excited Les. It was the driver, not the car. Jim has an unfair advantage of a lower center of gravity and many ears of experience. He was doing Rally-X at age 4 on his Turbo Big Wheel for heavens sake.
