I love high speed sideways throttle balancing.. That is what I always loved about VIR, though you are going fast.. You are at the edge of traction there too alot.
Even more so in rallycross, The back straight in the afternoon was fast sideways and slick... though a bit rough for my tastes.. We messed up another oil pan.. So this time we are going to consider a skid plate for the car.. Although what has been holding us back is mounting points, we cant think of any.. Research time.
I think we will run my wrx at wilson rallycross again, we may co drive the car. That was fun last time, the course this time was a bit rough for me but fun in the afternoon. Not too many cones hit, and the car stayed together till the end when we hit the oil pan again. We really need a skid plate, I know my next purchase now! Maybe I will hit up the sentra rally guys to ask them. We are tired of replacing oil pans. Soon we are not going to notice and fry the motor .
AAARRRGGGHH! Anyway fast and loose is the way to go with me. Tight and slow not so much.Any way just my opinion... I thought the host people were great people, any thoughts? Better than Danville for sure, but not quite the best . We shall now look on toward wilson, lets have another big turnout there! You were all missed in Garysburg, even if we did get 10 runs . You were still all missed, 2wd was lonely.
