I'm going to try to make it, if I can wrangle my trailer into shape...

Course looks good. Wet. But hopefully it'll dry out.

We're on for tomorrow unless a monsoon and lightning comes

Had a great time today. Thanks to everyone who made this event happen!

That was an awesome track. Hopefully we'll continue to get to use this place.

Thanks again!

A big thanks to Kevin and Liz for chairing and setting up 2 awesome courses. Another big thanks to everyone for coming out. 34 drivers today. thats great! would have been 36 but the guthries had car troubles, make sure you tell them how much of a good time we had :P

it seems like everyone enjoyed the show, from the tractor pull guys to the local police man (all except for a neighbor complaining about noise and dust). hopefully we can come back. its up to the directors of the fair.

next race is sept. 10th on a saturday. at OCS. lets make it another big event.

We can't do anything about the dust.

Do you think it would help the noise issue if we required all cars to have a muffler? I know most run a muffler already. That would suck, but I'd rather have quieter cars than lose more places to race. We're getting ready to pull the muffler off the Audi, but I'll leave it on if needed. Although, could our cars have been louder than the tractor pull the night before? Was the issue that it was noise on a Sunday morning?

I had a really awesome time today and can't figure out what I waited so long to try rally-x. It's a blast wthout a doubt. The site seems really great and really hope things work out.

The transition to gravel, a little mud, and a grass field is a pretty crazy transition from tarmac and I learned that quickly at the first pointer cone on the first warm up run. There's something really fun about launching an awd wagon on gravel too.

Big thanks again Jeremy for the co-drive.

It seemed like a great site, and Kevin and Liz made 2 really great courses- a really fun day!

Here's a quick vid from one of Marcus's runs- I stuck my cam on his rear window.
