I wonder if any of the bankrupt landowners would be amenable to renting the space for rallyx? Some of the locations already have the roads roughed out in partial dirt/pavement.

Location: lost but making good time
We should go on a scouting run... :) I've been all through Westfall off Jack Bennet- some nice roads but it's all paved.

They SHOULD let folks run on the roads, its worse to pave something and let it sit.

HOWEVER, either the roads have been turned over to the NCDOT or the bank owns the property. Neither will probably want to see us out there
