I'm the team photographer for the UNC gymnastics team. It doesn't qualify me to shoot a rallycross, but I'd be happy to take pictures at the next event if that was my work contribution. (It takes me a couple of hours after the event to post-process the images.)

mike that would be awesome.

but we do usually have 2-3 people snapping pictures.

for some reason, not 1 person has posted pictures from this event. its odd. and there were people there snapping pics left and right.

just trying to find some thats all. Ray and I were talking about trying to find a "designated" photographer. but not sure if anyone would want to do it.

usually a member will snap a lot of pics, the only downside is that theyll have a harder time snapping pics of their own class since they will be driving.

but if you're up to it, thats great.

I used to be able to snap pictures, but I got stuck in the bus during the last event. I would be willing to take pics while SU2 is not driving.

It is certainly equal to a work assignment given the amount of time after the event it would take to unload from camera, weed out bad pics and upload.

Why bother to "weed out bad pics"? That's all I have, but here they are.

In my defense, this camera is new to me, and it doesn't do a good job with action due to the shutter and focus delay.
Takes great stills, however, and has big zoom capabilities.

Yep, that would be me. Like mike said, a few min ago, it takes some time in post processing... and honestly, Jessie and I have been lazy and havent even started. We still havent forgotten though.

ok... so, still no post processing (working on setting up a computer still)... But I did throw away the really bad trash shots and some very very minor editing.

enjoy. Let me know if you want one and I will play with it a bit more if I have any free time. give me some money and I can even print it off for you :P

Great pictures, and I am glad to see people are taking pictures (and sometimes video) at these events.

Also, I am glad to see the SCCA and C. McRae stickers made the cut. :)

Oh, I was just letting Michael "Cheeseburger" that I am glad to see some of the stickers that were on the car when I bought it are still on there.

Thanks again to both of you for the pictures!
