a) Longitudinal engine most likely means that it's a rear wheel drive car (rwd > fwd joke)
b) Honda's motors spin counter-clockwise


Slight correction...

Older Honda engines (such as the "b" series) rotated counter clockwise which is different from most everyone else. However the newer engines (such as "k" series) rotate clockwise.
