So I need to ask about installing a Class 1 hitch on my Cobalt....
Im tracking my motorcycle, and I really dont want to rent a truck everytime I go....

Is this going to affect my car much while racing?
I went to the uhaul in garner, and am wondering if there are other places or is this just as good as any other?

Thanks:)

Shawna it's not going to affect your car or classing to add a hitch. I've had one on my ITR for my bike rack since I bought it.

I'd recommend Raleigh Hitch on Capital. I've bought two Draw-Tites and they were both under $100, Prelude and DC2 Integra hitch- which needed a little hacksawing to allow for a little larger muffler than the GSR.

If the hitch for the Colbalt doesn't require any modification, they (Class 1's) usually bolt-on and are literally a 20 minute job and shouldn't cost more than an additional $30.

good luck!

I second the Raleigh Hitch recommendation. We've had our last 2 hitches installed there and they were fast, courteous and thorough.
