Pete roll stiffness must be done in proportion in all cars. You can't just generalize it to anycar for the most part as each car has different requirements. I added a front bar to my cavalier which many people told me not to do and it made the car handle much better and will go bigger still in the future. Typically though you add roll stiffness to the end of the car that you want to rotate better. This adjustment will only work until you start lifting a tire off the ground then additional roll stiffness will do little to nothing to help the car turn.
