I need the underpanels that attach to the factory brake ducts, but I'm having a tough time finding a source other than the dealer. Actually, I think I need everything but the front lip. RealOem probably has them, but the pics aren't clear enough to determine what I need.

If you have a source, have already done this and have the names/part #'s, then let me know.

Also, anyone know if a JT Designs underpanel is allowed in STU? Thanks folks.

www.bmaparts.com

they can get you anything, whether it's dealer-only or not. You will be better off calling them since you don't have part numbers handy- but they are VERY helpful and will be glad to help you figure out what you need.

No affiliation, just a satisfied customer.

This thing (aka the Pork Chop)?

Image

$9.95 at BavAuto. Left is 51 71 1 977 117, Right is 51 71 1 977 118

http://www.bavauto.com/fland.asp?part=5 ... 0977%20117

Might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere, but for $10 why bother?

Hmm, that's certainly missing, but looking at their other parts, I need to find out if it's actually the fender liner that's broke or just the parts you suggested. I'll do that when I get home tonight.

BTW, there are different inner fender parts for coupes and sedans, wtf?
One more thing. Are their parts good quality? Thanks!

BMA or BavAuto have many of the same or similar parts sources, their parts are OEM quality at least, many parts come directly from the dealer parts network, so they will be the same as parts you get from Leith or Performance.

The "pork chop" pieces Mike mentioned seem to be commonly requested, i.e.- commonly lost or damaged.........

And yes, they used lots of different parts between E36 coupe + sedan- not sure why, but most of the front end bits are different, including hood + fenders too....

If you ever bring that coupe back out, I'll prove that's not true.
