I dragged an old oven home from a neighbor's house, and now I want to try powdercoating :)

Does anyone have experience with or recommendations for any of the inexpensive DIY kits? I believe HF and Eastwood sell them. I'm not too picky, and it will be very infrequently used.

Chuck Frank has one of the HF units and he seems to like it. I believe he said his brother has been using one for a while with good results.

I'm tempted to pick one up myself at this point.

I have a Caswell kit. However I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I have not sourced an oven yet (haven't been really looking for one yet).

On a related note, there is a pretty good forum at the Caswell site. Including a sub-forum for those who build their own ovens.

So I am at the Durham County Dump/Transfer station yesterday and I see some guys unloading an electric stove/oven. 8) It followed me home.
