I know - good dealer service is an oxymoron  but -
I need to get a few minor warranty issues fixed on my Focus, and I'm not happy with my first experience with my local dealer (even though they're an 'SVT' dealer).
Anyone in the club know of a good Ford dealer around here?

Thanks!

Tim Windsor at Capital Ford has been professional and friendly. Took care of our Fuel Delivery Module under warranty even with our '01 Focus in its rally garb. Has also provided technical advice when I was installing our long tube header (and cat and flex pipe and power steering line and EGR pipe - it's a long, domino effect story).

If I have to go to a Ford dealer, he's my service manager of choice.

Tell him the rally car guy sent you if you go.

Also Beth in Parts is friendly and helpful.

Simon

I second Capital. Even though Crossroads is five minutes away, I hit Capital for all of the parts that I need for the Contour. And Vitacco set up a discount program with them that isn't the advertised 10% off; it's wholesale. Their cost. Which is unheard of.

I've been known to take vehicles all the way from Chapel Hill to Capital. Every other Ford dealership within reach (Graham, Pittsboro, and most assuredly Durham) has pretty much sucked. Never had an issue with Capital.

I'm convinced, Capital is it - thanks all!
