They won't work. I replaced the fuse although it didn't look blown. It worked for a little while. I replaced the fuse again although it didn't look blown and it didn't work. Is there a relay that also controls these things. Any ideas would be helpful. It's an 04 WRX.

02 WRX manual says:

if wipers and washers are not operating, repair order is:

1. wiper fuse (f/b # 14, 15)
2. combination switch
3. wiper motor
4. wire harness

So it looks like the next step is to swap combination switches with somebody & see if it works again. Should be pretty easy to find somebody at the rallyx school, and I know how to do this, in case you're unsure.

Only place there's a relay is on a WRX wagon, and it's in the rear on the right side of the cargo area behind a panel.

Thanks. The problem was the fuse was not making a good connection in it's socket.
