So my rommate(the non autocrossing one) recently bought a Toyota Tacoma. He bought it in GA and it has some aftermarket tint. He took it to get inspected and its at 28% (needs to be 35%). I swear he's not a thug..the truck came that way!

Does anyone know a shop that will, eh hem, pass him?

Hmm, I can't help with someone who will let him slide- but he might try taking it in one of these warm days with both front windows down and see if they catch it. I have a *friend* who did that for many years with my, err- *his* BMW that had non-conforming tint thanks to the PO....
