bushing install help?

Anybody want to help me install some suspension bushings? I can probably remove the suspension pieces, but I am not equipped to remove and install the bushings. I'll be going from the stock weak rubber bushings to STi group N rally car bushings (hard rubber).

Actually, it might be nice to have air tools available, too, since the bolts were probably torqued to about 1000 ft-lbs at the factory.

This will be happening in the next couple of weeks, hopefully.
