Just a heads up -

At Sam's yesterday I saw they had one of their big toolboxes in the "damaged clearance" section for $315 I believe, marked down from about $500 or so. This is a slightly smaller (but still huge) version of the $600 toolbox that I bought from Sam's earlier this year. I give it 2 thumbs up.

One side is slightly dented in but didn't seem to affect the drawers, and it looked like it could be banged out.
