FWIW guys, I did an Energy rear trailing arm bushing *before* I did any of the other ones because the original one was torn. Had K&E install it for me and got the car realigned. Well the car picked up this really wild snap oversteer my first time out like this. Had to turn the shocks all the way down in the back to compensate.

Personally when I did urethane in the rest of the car I paid Sturdivant's to do it. No way was I tackling that job with hand tools and a hacksaw.

Jim, when you're searching honda-tech, limit your search to the road race/autocross forum if you aren't already doing so.

Karl, what did you pay for them to install it? The shops I've talked to so far just kinda brush me off when I say CRX and bushings. Would like to do it myself but without a press it's a bit difficult...

Dont listen to Rice, he probably pays people to change his oil.

Bushings are a PITA, but with the method I posted earlier in this thread, you dont need a press.

Back when I was young and stupid and still into Hondas (2 years ago), I had Rex Deffenbaugh at Happy Japs in Cary do some bushings for me that I punted on. He did a great job, knows his stuff, is a club member, and ITS racer. Highly recommended.

PS - Ryan - Rex has done ZC swaps as well. He might be a resource for you.

Not yet. I will say that changing the oil on a vehicle that holds 15 quarts of the stuff is a bit of a hassle. I freely admit that I'm lazy Ryan, you know this...

Dave - I don't remember what I paid K&E to do the bushings; I had them do that along with a whole list of other stuff like an oil pan gasket and I forget what else.

Yeah but I enjoy poking fun at you about it 8) We all have our limits for what we will and wont do, I am approaching my limit now with the CRX, hence the easy route with the SOHC ZC.
