I went scouting yesterday to ER and tires.com, no reduction in prices. With 195-60-14 being available late feb and 205-50-15 in late March, that doesn't give me much hope. Keep your fingers crossed and eyes peeled. Maybe someone could try to work up a group-buy on RT-215s?

They're still showing mid-Feb for 275/40-17 and a price of $161.
That is right in line with Tire Rack pricing on Kumho MX - $158.

So for the lower price competative street tires I don't see them as a bad price. I'm even considering getting a set and running those so I don't have to change wheels on site. Just not sure if laziness will win out over competitiveness. The R-comps are a lot of fun and addictive.
