Yup. Having spent plenty of time driving a car with a rally computer, I've seen this in every one of them. Generally, at 55-65mph, about 3-4 mph low. And it gets worse as you faster, it's not 3-4 all the time.. Driving at an actual 75 mph on the rally computer will seems about 82 on the speedo. Above 100 (this was the RX7) was about 10mph off.
