I have one of these you could try.

Not sure how it compares to a pneumatic. It claims 345 lb ft. I think a breaker bar with a cheater would provide more torque though. I think sometimes the impact can help break them loose though.

I borrowed one from Rodney, If it doesn't work since I've used all the breaker bars, heat, and cheaters I may have to punt and replace.......

speaking of said impact gun, any luck getting the nut off? I can pick the gun up at the first autox if you like so you don't have to drop it off at the house...

Facebook link didn't work for me, but if you don't have it off by now, I would drill/cut/chisel the thing off. Assuming I am thinking of the correct nut, it's only "supposed" to be used once anyway since the flange gets peened into the keyway.

I fixtured it to a table with a huge peice of 316 stainless steel angle, large kant-twist clamps, and used a breaker bar and jack handle. 1000 lb/ft later it was unstuck. :thumbsup:
