Any experience with this that you can share here? I found a killer deal on some STR fitment wheels for my MX-5 (not gonna make the class jump next year, but can run these on the street to save some wear on my RE71R's) but the tire fitment will likely require rolling at least the rear fenders if not the front as well (245-40-17 tires). Anybody local got a fender roller tool that I could borrow or should I do the rental thing? Anyone that will do it for me and let me pay them (and not take the risk of cracking my paint myself)?

Zach Williams is supposedly pretty good at it and has a roller. I don't see him on here much, so you might have to hit him up on FB or something.

When I went from 17x7 to 18x8.5, my rears rubbed:

I rolled fronts and rears very carefully with a baseball bat - no paint cracking.

Then I went to 18x10s and cutout flares.

Get the sawsall out!!
