well damn, it's fixed and it works...go figure. So after all my searching, a freaking $1.29 adapter from Agri solved the problem. My first miscalculation was the thread size. Come to find out the thread for the block is 1/4ntp. When I was doing my checking, all I had was some metric tap and die and the 14x1.5 is SOOO close to that thread size, so I made a bad assumption. Took the part I had to Agri hoping I might find something to fit and I did. A straight line 1/4 to 1/8 ntp reducer works perfectly.

I bet you did have a hard time finding an NTP since they are all NPT. Are you German-car lovers dyslexic? :P

Rodney, you could have simply called or texted me and ask what size the threads were on the block or simply looked on Autometer's website where they have complete instructions for the 4.6L.
