Drive my car for the first time on 225s today and bent the front fenders from the tires.

If nobody has one, a mallet and 2x4 it is.

Thanks

You are rubbing in the front? How is the rear fender clearance?

Sounds like you need moar cambers.

The rears are fine and are set at 12.5" hub to fender, the fronts are 12.25" hub to fender and it's tight.

So tight that... http://i.imgur.com/XIyVa.jpg

What size wheels are you using? I actually just ordered another set of 15 X 8 wheels for tires the same size and I didn't think I had to do a roll.

Yes Rob you do need to roll them a bit. You and Andrew check this out. Pretty good video covers it.

I don't know what is going on with Andrew's car. I'm blaming weaksauce front camber. :)

I have 225/50s on 15x9s and I didn't rub in the front at Sanford. I had to roll the rears flat though. Our offset is about the same as well. I'm a touch lower but I'd think that would make it worse for me since I would get less extra camber when the tire is even with the fender given the same static camber.

I'm at -2 degrees in the front and it did that with 225/45R15s on 15x7s.

I'm punching them out tomorrow if I have the time.

The comedy option is to get flares.

If your 15x9s are 6ULs watch out when going lock to lock, you're limited by the wheel hitting a control arm without spacers.

Just got back from work; no rubbing unless if I gun it through 90 degree turns. If I do gun it through 90 degree corners: lolololololol
