I can gasp that aspect, the motor and the tranny are twisting because of bad mounts, but the transmission case is not twisting. And I can see where that would cause the ends of the teeth to wear and the forks bending. As the engine and tranny twist in relation to the chassis the transmission is being pulled out of gear. I had that happen on a 1958 chevy. Thats alot more credible than the case twisting.

That maybe more of what's happening, but the Tremec and T5Z don't seem to share the same problem, even with the same mounts.
