I have a co-worker who has it and loves it. Despite the cheazy comercials it does as it says. It is $20 a year as stated, however the first year has an additional $20 (so the first year is $40).

He's got it hooked up to his HTPC and says it will even display some caller ID function on his main TV.

edit- I think his only complaint is it says "coming in 2009" for the ability to move phone numbers to a magic jack line. Time is running out on that one.
