Jake that may be the worst idea ever. OK, not worse than a Alfa, or Saab, but still not good. This is assuming you planned to run one with the 2.3L and not a 5.0...which will be challenge to get pass the BS judges w/o a sh*tload of penalty laps.

Seriously we have seen almost every car imaginable, and some you couldn't even imagine. If you can keep it ruuning (no matter what POS you end up with) you will definitely have a blast.

looked at the 89 325i yesterday and just couldn't pass it up for the price. Waaaay to nice for a lemons car plus it was quite a bit over the standard 500 dollar limit.....

The idea is to fix it and hopefully sell it..., but ohhh does that inline 6 sing.

quattrohaus.. up in nyc.. they rally a audi quattro turbo 5 pot in the rally series here in the southeast and elsewhere.. you could ask them for advice.
as for us.. all we know.. is our old audi 5000s diesel sedan.2wd non turbo IDI diesel 5 pot.
