So I haven't been flooding the forum with Auto news lately. Does anyone want me to start posting stuff again. It's much harder now that work has gotten busy, but I have time in the evening.

I've enjoyed the posts myself since I don't really search the forums for news. I vote OK. It's car related stuff.... :D

I read it and it's probably a good diversion from other stuff.

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

bmw may consider bringing in eventually.. diesel powered M cars models.

apparently during an interview, BMW considered making a sedan or a suv with a diesel engine.. and bringing it up to M specification. possibly the x5 or x6 suvs.. however dont count out the 335d sedan either. which is something i would like to test drive myself really.

dont quite know what to make of all this.. however stay tuned for more as it unfolds.

Graham Jagger does a mean Zaino.

The news does help distract us from the usual talk of awnings and generators.

Zaino = meh.

Marty, if you're seriously looking for help making that thing look as good as it can, PM me.

Zaino is nice. Have no idea if it is the best. It goes on and comes off easy. Leaves a nice finish and it lasts. For < $100 I got a kit with the cleaner, polish, quick detail, car wash, leather cleaner, leather conditioner, clay bars, tire gel, applicators, and some other bits. There is enough there to last a couple of years. I've done at least 4 cars in our family. Not too bad. Add in a Porter Cable buffer and some compounds for the cars that have abused finishes. Works for me. I'm not trying to make a living with it. Just shade tree waxer.

I'd probably need more expensive and fancier stuff if I tried to hit every cone in the bus every weekend :lol:

Marty that track rat looks awesome. Do whichever suits you. If you don't want to do the work then by all means let Karl have a go at it. If you want to DIY then try the Zaino. It'll drop about .623 seconds off your laptime on VIR Full according to my numbers...
:wink:
