And, FWIW, I just bought and installed it to my 3.0 iPhone and it works fine.

Also got Dynolicious. Anyone know of any other good apps for car/racer types?

Donnie, let me know how you like Dynolicious. I've had it for a while, and I haven't been able to get it to work properly. It seems to really softball horsepower estimates and 0-60 numbers. 9.x seconds 0-60 for an S2000?

Interesting. Got the iPhone tied down good? Shouldn't be too hard for that thing to be pretty accurate. Hmmph. I won't be able to actually test it for much before next week sometime.

I recently got Log Box which is made by the same people that make Dynolicious. I haven't had a chance to try it out at an autocross yet, but it's suppose to be like a poor man's data logger.

Jeff, what are you planning to do with the Log Box data? Is there anything that will import it without having to be a statistics guru?

Dunno, Gwen. I checked the page and it also says it requires OS 2.2.1 or greater. Are you at least at that version? And if you have a second gen Touch I think the 3.0 upgrade is worth the $10, so you might try that anyway.

But thanks for posting that, too, as I hadn't heard of it. Looks worth the buck for any autocrosser with an iPhone/Touch.

You da Man! Worked like a charm as soon as I upgraded to 3.0. Now, I need to see what else it bought me. Thanks.
PS. Now all those folks who used to know I had that Pax calculator tucked in my back pocket will be looking for my iPod!

Donnie,

I'm hoping to use the data to analyze my runs. The program currently allows me to export to KMZ, KML, TXT, HTML, GPX and CSV formats.

I've imported the log box into google earth on my PC which does provide a visual representation of the data, but have found it limited. I'm hopeful something better will come along that can import the data directly to my iphone or another application, but haven't found it yet.

Jeff

Yeah, I guess that's sort of my point. You need to do some statistics analysis and that isn't going to be easy...
