I am starting a business (interactive branding and CRM for new housing developments) and I am looking for some assistance:

I have just finished writing a sales contract, a services contract, and a software license and I was wondering if anyone has experience with business contracts or knows a contract lawyer who could help me out. Since its a new business, money is tight, but there is a bit of a fund put away for legal assistance. I just need someone of the legal mindset to look over my contracts and tell me if they will hold up in court if things go wrong!

Thanks!

I forwarded his contact info to a business lawyer I climb with.

Thanks Marcus! Your friend is going out of town for a few days, so he passed me on to one of his colleagues. Everything is working out!

Thanks!
Kieran
