So I had this dream last night...

Apparently, the rover is doing multi-minute burnouts. I expect that the underbody neon will be turned on shortly after the hardware checks out.

Since the burnouts are in the dirt and the vehicle is awd, I think we sent a rally car with a bunch of rally drivers operating it from Earth.

They have been. Lots of briefing reports comparing the distances driven, tests, done, etc. between the two vehicles and between them and past (vintage?) vehicles. Records are being set. :D
