Personal experience?

No direct experience yet, thank goodness.
Other detailers have worked on late model Nissans and Infinitis that we suspect have this self-correcting paint. First of all, it shows scratches and defects just like anything else. The second problem is that it's developed a reputation for being a tremendous headache to correct. The machine hops and skips all over the place, polish gums up, it's a mess.
Here's a thread where another detailer worked on an Infiniti G sedan that presented him with huge problems during the correction part of the job. There's no way to know for sure, but this is becoming common on late model Nissans, and we suspect it's this "self healing paint" that is to blame.
