And so it begins.

Drivers:
Me
Jason Tower
Evan Levine
Wes Sandler
Marty Berland
Howard Stanton

Crew:
Steve Gooding
Colin Fabeny
Tyler Wells

Car:
1988 Acura Integra RS, 247,000 miles, been hit at least once. Burns a little, no, a lot of oil. Came with Rotas, Azenis, and Tokikos. Yeah, we're gonna be in trouble with the judges. Also came with 0.5 degree of positive camber on the front left (bent subframe), a broken seat mount, and $1.58 in change under the carpets.

Lots done and lots left to do

I was wondering what the hell that was too...

I like the car overall though with the black rotas and flat black Krylon touch!

The car looks good, Mike. Best of luck with the rest of the prep.

My suggestion on the Tokico's - paint them flat black and get them dirty. I might even suggest the flat black treatment to the radiator guard.

Ahh, the fine art of achieving the "distressed" look on a LeMons car. ;)

Money can't buy happiness, but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than a Kia.

Cosby may be joking, but I think it's a smart piece of prep for a Lemons car. These cars could have some debris coming off them and no one wants to lose a radiator due to something becoming airborne ;)

The car looks good Mike. - AB

Tom, he's a competitor. You need to be heckling them in front of the judges. Not helping them hide their mods.

Honestly, that looks like a pretty good Lemons car. You guys are on the right track.

kill switch. the platform to mount the switch came from the material that was cut out of the hood, and the rubber edge guard was leftover from stripping the interior. waste not, want not.

i think this is what you guys should drive.

european truck racing.. they are limited to 100 mph, because the walls of most circuits are not strong enough, to hold them at higher speeds.

the steam off the brakes, is the water sprayed on them.. to cool them off, otherwise they would melt. 6 tonnes truck with sequential tranny and lotsa power.. very cool stuff. CDL to go.

The only problem is $500 does not buy enough truck.
