The dollar has actually been in one heck of a rally since March, especially against the British Pound. :) In fact, at the moment the BP is just a few cents above where its high vs the dollar was in 1998...ten years ago. In terms of more recent prices, the BP topped out versus the dollar last November and is now back to where it was in December 2003.
