I've had luck with
drop.io. You can create a "drop" and upload videos (or any other files). There is an option to secure the drop with a guest password and/or an admin password, but you can just leave it open, no password required.
The cool thing is -- it can play the videos inside the browser (better quality than YouTube, in my experience), or you can easily download them. It's a great way to share stuff.
A free drop has a limit of 100MB. If you want more than 100MB per drop, you can buy increments of 1GB. But, there is no limit to the number of free drops you can create. The best thing -- you don't have to provide any personal information; no sign up required.
