A prankster with access to professional signwriting equipment has been erecting fake road signs around the Frankston in Melbourne, drawing a mixture of bemusement and outrage from officials and the elderly alike.
“On April 12 while driving I couldn’t help but notice a blasphemous and absolutely obscene sign on the side of Cranbourne-Frankston Rd,” said Minnie Turner, 63, who clearly lost her sense of humour long ago - presumably around the same time as the mysterious disappearance of her understanding of the word “blasphemy”.
“This particular sign clearly depicted two people fornicating, with ‘hump’ written underneath” said Turner, stating the blindingly obvious.
Vicroads described the signs as “very amusing”, but promised that they would be removed due to the danger they posed to motorists. Killjoys
