OK - to shake off the doldrums from this weekend, I think I need to go have *fun*.

Who's up for some karting at Rush Hour soon? We could do the Ladies Night thing so spouses/SO's/unattached friends  can come along free. Or if it is mainly guys we could pick a 2-for-1 night or something.

I'm in for whenever you decide. I still need to burn off those credits from last time that I never used.

How about this Thursday - all you can race for 3 credits?

Anyone know if they get really crowded on Thursdays?

I've been before on a Thursday and it wasn't too croweded, but that about a year ago and I'm sure they've become more popular. I'd say that if you can get there by 6 at the latest, you should be able to get in all the seat time you can stand. I'd also recommend pulling the trigger on becoming a member. Their member discounts will add up if you come back on a regular basis. Just as a side note, you can wear your own helmet if it's a closed face, other wise you can get a head sock and just wear one of there helmets.

If you're planning on going this Thursday, I'm in. If it works out I my try to bring my son as well since ECU is done until the fall.

Is it cool if I come? I have never been before and don't want to drag you all down with my noobness :)

Is there anything I need to know?

The more the merrier! You may have to get a membership to get the deal, but it is pretty reasonable.

Looking forward to it. Where are we going to meet? In the parking lot or in the lobby?

I guess he's somewhere a midyear Junior now. Got a little behind in his first semester, so he’s had to play catch up. Has about 3 semesters to go.

That said, I’m going to have to bail on Thursday since we’ve changed some plans and we have to go down and pick up him on the day everyone is having fun. I’ll catch the next round. Have fun, er no, put someone in the wall!!
