I actually saw the van version in North Wilksboro yesterday. Scary little bugger, I gotta say. I just imagine braking too late for a turn but trying to make it anyway...

And yes, those are titled as motorcycles and street legal here. And you thought the Smart Car was scary!

I think they should change the name to WTF-250! Let's start a spec series for them!

The last time I saw a three wheeled vehicle show up at an autocross it ended up on its side.

I knew you were being sarcastic, at least I hoped. :-) It was my first ever Tarheel EV Challenge event in '99. I was working the course with Neal Harrington as the bubble on three wheels rolled up to the start line. I think Neal's quote was "this should go well" (bleeding with sarcasm) it did not go well, it made it through one turn rocking a little and by the second turn over it went trapping the guy inside as it was laying on it door. The guy wasn't hurt other than his ego. Several of us righted the "vehicle" holding back chuckles and the guy slowing drove his "vehicle" away not to be seen again.
