Has anybody been to LKQ lately that would know if they saw a 1st gen Miata or early 90's Sable out there.

I need some body bits for both cars.

Thanks

What kind of body bits? Ryan still has stuff on his for sale.

No Miata's at LKQ. I've been 4 times now and have yet to see one.

I already talked to Ryan. I need the rear facia bit for the Miata. Unfortunately he sold his already. :(

What sucks is this isn't for my car. It is for my sister's new-to-her-ex-Feinberg Miata. I managed to drop the spare tire on that piece yesterday and it shattered into a million little pieces!!!! So now I owe her a new panel. Damn things go for about $200 from Planet Miata!!!! They are also one of the first things sold off of part out cars.

No Miatas though, that sucks. Looks like I'm going to get bent over on this one then. ouch!

Spare tire? What is this that you speak of? I have three cars and none of them have a spare tire. Actually I haven't had a car with one since 1993.

LKQ's inventory turns over pretty quick. You might luck out.

IMHO, get the KY out and pay the piper. You might shop around, PM is a bit high on some things.

Now if you needed Air Valves, Seat Belts, Door Panels or a Spec Miata Exhaust. Im your man ;)

Todd, have you checked http://www.partsgroup.com/ ?

I don't see anything on their site, but they carry more than makes it to the web.

Cool, Jeremy. I'll give him a call. Where is he at?

As for the Sable, I need the part that holds the head lights buckets in. My Dad had an accident and broke the left head light mount. It looks like it is one piece that spans from one side to the other, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for checking.

Forgot about Parts Group. I'll give them a looksee.

My Sister talked the guys at Sports and Compacts about a top that they have for sale and she mentioned the part that I crashed. They actually have one sitting there but again, they want $200 for it. Maybe I can talk them in to a package deal. The top and the facia for one low price!!!!

Ouch! Is that the piece that surrounds the tail lights?

Did you ever decide what to do about the fuel tank/smell situation? I still have the fuel pump assembly for the car along with a few other bits. I'll bring them out to the event in October or we can arrange to meet up someplace sooner if you need them.

I'm officially down to 1 Miata again! Woo hoo! :D It might be 0 Miatas real soon depending on the new AutoX car situation.

Now you can't just leave us hanging like that! You HAVE to tell us what you're thinking of for next year.

BTW - I voted for you in the SCCAforums.com poll!!! Now you have to win!

It is a 92 or a 93. I can't remember which. It is the one that had the silly lightbar between the headlights.

That's what I'm finding. The one at S&C is kind of taking the lead right now. Though I'll wait until I talk to Jason first.

No secret. I'm considering an ES MR2. I'll know for sure right after Nationals...

Considering the current state of the CRX, you may want to reconsider that vote!

I saw you driving it this morning towards Cary, so I know that it at least runs.

Sports and Compacts is mighty proud of the bits that they sell; I bought an intake from them three years ago and it hurt the heinie.

That looks like the right part Jeremy. Is there somewhere on the existing part that I could find a part number to match it up? I really think that is it though. Plus the price is good.

I'll call you later today to talk about it.

Now if only that part for the Miata was only $75!!!!!!!
